Football Edmonton has formed an organization over the past two years and has been among the top 5 organizations in all over Canada. This organization has now ranked 20 among all top sports organizations in the world. However, the main cause for this was the efforts of Mr. Rachel Sharma who worked really hard for the benefit of the sports in Edmonton and all over Alberta. She mainly focused on the Football in main cities of Alberta and finally concluded that if at all there was a city with high quality foot ball players and fans then it is Edmonton. Therefore she shifted her focus to work only with Edmonton and started an organization with Football Edmonton. There was a lot of support to her from the players and the fans as well. The state government did not stay behind either. The government played its part by giving lot of funds to this organization to improve the sport in the country.
